Sauteed Kale
1 bunch of kale; 1 tablespoon olive oil; 1/2 onion, sliced; 2 cloves garlic, minced; pinch of salt and pepper.

Wash kale and cut into wide strips. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil with salt and pepper. Add the kale and saute until soft. Add a little water and cover if it is not soft enough for you.
